Watsonville Community Hospital will bill, as a courtesy, your insurance company for hospital services using the billing information on your insurance card. It is your responsibility to give accurate financial information and to have insurance cards or completed paperwork. We will need a copy of your insurance cards and may also need insurance forms or necessary authorizations, which are supplied by your employer or insurance company.
Business Office Services
We would be happy to discuss and provide an explanation of your bill(s). It is your right to examine and receive explanation of your bill regardless of payment source. Our patient representatives are available to answer your questions by phone or in person, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. They can be reached at (831) 761-5660.
Professional Services
Your hospital bill does not include fees for the professional services of your physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist, consulting physicians and emergency room physicians. You will receive separate billings for services provided by these specialists.
