Childbirth Classes
Our prepared childbirth series shares information and techniques women and their coaches need to help with a safe and healthy birth. Instructors are experienced prenatal educators. Maternity tours are also available monthly on the first Tuesday at 5:30 pm (no registration required).
New Mom and Infant Sharing & Support Group
Keep your sanity. Socialize with other moms, share successes, and learn helpful tips. You'll also learn from our obstetrics nurse and lactation consultant.
11:00 am - 1:00 pm every Wednesday.
Sessions are ongoing and free of charge.
